Hecas oh Hecas

I have just knew fr0m my PTEB-mate that we have to print out the form from Hecas..

the deadline is today at 4pm and now, 3:34pm..

How bad is this.. How bad is my mid-2009's life..

how bad it is i w0nt give up. I will apply again. So now i will search a better job,workng with government. I will organise it by Monday.

hope this time i will achieve what i am wanting
